Mahri and I particularly enjoyed presenting last week’s show. Mindfulness means different things to different people, but the evidence for its benefit is remarkably consistent. It is increasingly being taught in schools, multinationals, and notably in elite sports.
I practice mindfulness every day and it is a key component of all of my work with clients.
