I thought it might help to summarise why the mantra is important to all my clients.
A mantra is just a few sentences that is your game plan. It is what you take to work each day, take to the sports arena, or use with your friends and families. Although the concept appears so simple it is an extremely powerful tool for the subconscious mind. These are some of the reasons why:
- a powerful positive affirmation
- provides a single focus point
- removes past and future leaving only the present and the now
- enhances intuition
- its simplicity removes ambiguity and doubt
- deals with distractions
- helps highlight what is possible
- avoids predictions
- builds confidence
- helps to let go
- entry point to the zone
- provides a sanctuary during the storm
- can be used as your own voice, or as someone else
- cuts through the trivial to what is really important
- provides a process
- provides comfort and reassurance when you follow process and still lose. This happens in life and sooner or later the tide will always turn
- can be magnified and/or ignited by guided coaching techniques such as havening, heartmath, and hypnosis
- quietens conscious mind so inner voice can speak
- helps to control what you can, and forget the rest
- focus on process, and let the results take care of themselves
- develops a neutral mind
Intuition, like any other skill can be improved with practice. Poet and author Robert Graves knew its value when he said:
“Intuition is the supra-logic that cuts out all the routine processes of thought and leaps straight from the problem to the answer.”
The bottom line is that all of the above enhances intuition and makes you lucky.
So write to me now for details of how to use your mantra and get lucky.
