Unlocking Your Gifts, Intuition, and the Magic of the Mind

Dear Friends,

We often think of luck as something entirely random—a roll of the dice. But over my years working with professional poker players, elite athletes, and driven professionals, I’ve found that luck is anything but random. When you combine luck with intuition, you tap into a deep, collective wisdom that can completely transform your path.

I recently sat down with a wonderful group of mind coaches to explore this exact phenomenon. In our session, I shared a simple, four-step framework to help you uncover your true potential and get out of your own way.

Watch: A Four-Step Plan to Discover Your Gifts

A Four-Step Plan to Discover Your Gifts with Dr. Stephen Simpson

If you have a moment to tune in, you’ll see we dive into four pivotal questions:

  1. What is your greatest gift? Everyone has one. This is not the time for false humility—embrace the truth of what you do best.
  2. What is your greatest desire? Crucially, we explore whether your deepest desire is in alignment with your gift.
  3. What is stopping you? More often than not, it is fear. The fear of the unknown, of losing face, or of making a mistake.
  4. What are you going to share with other people? When we shift our focus from our own ego to how we can serve others, we change our entire energetic frequency.

If you want to start putting this into practice immediately, I leave you with three simple daily rules: talk less to quiet your internal dialogue, listen more by reading people with your eyes and heart, and let go of ego.

Master Your Mind on the Course

Speaking of letting go of ego and quieting that internal dialogue, there is perhaps no environment where this is tested more rigorously than on the golf course.

When I was working on the European Golf Tour, I saw firsthand how a golfer’s internal chatter could make or break their entire game. This dynamic actually inspired me to write my very first book, Play Magic Golf.

Play Magic Golf Book

Whether you are a scratch golfer or a weekend enthusiast, the book explores self-hypnosis and psychological techniques to help you bypass the conscious mind’s panic and tap straight into your intuitive flow. Just like the best poker players in the world, your first intuitive thought is usually your best one.

Until next time, keep listening to your intuition. Remember that when you help even one person, you’ve done something truly priceless.

Warmly,

Dr. Stephen Simpson
